NECI was recognized as a legal person of public utility and is under the Law of the Patronage Law, Law 460/77, of November 7, by order of its excellence the Prime Minister published in D.R. No. 29, II Series, of February 4, 2002. Thus, the donations granted to support the projects developed by the institution, may be framed in the tax benefits provided for in the patronage Statute.
