The project aims to promote the socio-professional inclusion of people with disabilities, through the creation, in an inter-municipality geographic area, of a structure with qualified resources. This structure will be organized to respond to the training and socio-professional inclusion needs of people with disabilities, according to their individual profile of skills and preferences.

It is planned to build a local network made up of public and private entities, as well as training representatives who are part of the network and direct family members of people with disabilities. This training will include topics related to socio-professional inclusion, such as the Sintra Include+ program, training by specialized professionals, and preparation of professionals from receiving entities to develop skills as tutors. At the same time, there will be training aimed at families, promoting their active participation in the inclusion process.

The project also includes the creation of a physical space for the development of socio-professional skills of CACI users, located in an easily accessible urban area. It is planned to integrate users into professional experiences in the community, promoting their inclusion in a practical and effective way.

Additionally, actions will be carried out to publicize the project, with seminars open to the community, to share potential and identify constraints, always with a growth perspective. Progress will be monitored and evaluated, culminating in the preparation of a final report.
